Morgan’s Wellbeing Centres are located in Plymouth City centre, Crownhill Plymouth and Greenbottom Truro and offer a range of personal services to help you improve your health, fitness, appearance and confidence.

Each of our centres has a state of the art gym with brand new equipment, a studio with a wide range of aerobic and dance classes and a beauty salon with cafes and hair salons at Truro and Crownhill. Truro also boasts beautiful grounds where we will be offering outside exercise and fun activities and a relaxing steam and sauna area.
We particularly specialise in helping people manage their weight through our unique Spectra slimming and body building programmes. Spectra programmes combine healthy eating, confidence building, exercise and behavioural change activities to help people achieve the body shape and fitness levels that are right for their ambitions and lifestyle. The programme helps those wanting to improve their health or maintain good health, improve body shape, and confidence. Our Mojo programme is brand new for 2011 and teaches people all they need to know about how to make the best of their natural assets and colouring regardless of age or body shape. This practical programme teaches you about hair styles and care, how to look after your skin, applying make up, your colours and clothing styles to suit your body shape, accessories and how colour affects your mood, confidence and personality. Also new for 2011 in Truro and Crownhill is our Exec Health Club (EHC) offering a membership package to business leaders designed to look after their business and personal health and wellbeing.
