About the Classes

Pilates
A very popular class which focuses on developing strength through the core of the body – Abdomen, back and hips. This form of exercise not only works on strength but also on flexibility and coordination. It may not have a fast tempo but be prepared – you will feel ‘worked out’!

Dance Aerobics
A fun, fast class combining the rhythmic steps of aerobics with graceful dance movements. Ranging from low impact to high impact this class is for anyone looking to stay in shape by having fun!

BodyCombat
BODYCOMBAT™ is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported by driving music and powerful role model instructors, you strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness. BLT
Bum, Legs and Tums – Given away by the name this toning and fat burning workout aims to help shape those Bums, Legs and Tums in a 60 minute session.

Salsacise
A highly motivational and fun workout incorporating Salsa type dance moves, helping burn fat and shape your body. Prepare to have fun!

Low and Tone
A low impact aerobic class helping to tone those problem areas.

Aerotone
A high impact, high energy workout aiming to burn calories and tone and shape your body.

Hatha Yoga
This slow paced class is based on stretching and relaxation. A great class for learning basic moves, relaxation techniques and becoming familiar with Yoga.
