Morgan’s offer a range of wellbeing programmes to schools to support the personal, health and social development of young people. We are committed to giving people of all ages the tools to make positive life choices and the younger we start the more chance we have of helping people form habits that support living healthy, happy and fulfilled lives.
Denise Boaden, MD of Morgan’s started her career as a teacher, then worked in vocational training for young people where she piloted the first competence based (NVQ) qualifications and became a trainer, assessor and verifier of a number of awards including management, training and development and customer care. This was followed by many years of coaching and training managers and business leaders in small, medium and large organisations in the public and private sectors, including headteachers, their teams and students. During this time Denise developed the Spectra and Me Unlimited programmes using her coaching and training experiences from the school room to the boardroom with learners in all types of job roles and sectors.
Spectra programmes were designed by Denise as a response to the most commonly requested personal development needs of the thousands of people she has coached and trained over the years including school children as young as 11.
Morgan’s staff can deliver the Spectra programmes in schools or our centres or we can train teachers to facilitate them.

The Spectra programmes span the colours of the rainbow and the life wheel and are supported by excellent training materials the themes being:
Physical health and fitness (Spectra Red)
Talent and Career Management (Blue)
Financial management (Yellow)
Leisure and relaxation (Green)
Mental and Emotional Health and Intellect (Indigo)
Spiritual Intelligence and Character (Purple)
Relationships, Socialisation and Emotional Intelligence (Orange)
Image and Appearance (Pink)
See the Spectra section for full details of the programmes.
The Me Unlimited programmes equip children and students to prepare for life and work. The first programme is aimed at year 6 pupils to support transition from primary to secondary education and to develop the qualities and skills of self belief, self awareness and change management at this time of transition.
The programme is called The Story of My Life (so far).
The following 4 programmes are aimed at students in year 9 and 10 and prepare students for life and work.
The Me Unlimited programmes are:
Me and my life
Me and my career
Me and working with others
Me and the world of work
We work with schools through the Me Unlimited programmes to create a culture and curriculum that develops students to be independent learners and thinkers who know how to plan for a happy life and achieve their aspirations and attainment, who can plan their own careers and further/higher education in context to personal life goals and who understand how their education supports this.
The unique feature of the student programme is that it enhances rather than conflicts with existing provision. It puts the individual at the centre and equips them to seek support from relevant agencies and bodies including careers specialists, counsellors, training providers and employers on an informed basis.
For the programmes to be at their most effective we need to work closely with schools to establish the culture, resources, support and environment required to achieve the excellent outcomes that our programmes can deliver.
Morgan’s have introduced school fitness sessions into the gym environment to encourage young adults to stay fit and healthy and to show students what a gym environment is like in the hope of giving them the confidence and incentive to join a gym in their adult years. This is closely linked to the Spectra Red physical wellbeing programme
